Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

At Air Express HVAC we will diagnose or assess an air conditioning system needs and provide a solution and an a cost before any work is done. Never any high pressure sales or scare tactics, only honest service. You have my word on it. I have been in the heating, ventilation air conditioning HVAC business for 29 years. Twenty-five of which were in Ohio before I relocated to Fort Myers in 2013. This is what I do. I service the customer honestly and fairly and enjoy a reasonable profit for doing so. I can usually beat my competitors price by at least 10% for the exact same air conditioning or ventilation equipment. Equipment is only one aspect of the job. The installation and service of any heating, ventilation or air conditioning has to be done by skilled technicians.
In south Florida's hot and humid climate there is a huge demand for air conditioning sales and service. There is a bigger deficit for skilled help. That's where we soar above and beyond the competition. Our techs are NATE certified and in many cases factory trained.
